What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Russian speaking legal advisor specialized in Dutch corporate/company law, to strengthen our team (part-time or full-time). You have relevant experience in the Dutch corporate/company law, and you would like to be involved with the whole process of acquisition, providing advice to clients, implementation of international structures and subsequently keep these structures in good standing. Description of the job:
Providing legal advice in the field of (Dutch) corporate law;
Preparing legal opinions and legal memoranda;
Supervision of (international) equity transfers and restructurings;|Incorporation and dissolution of legal entities;
Preparation of shareholders’ agreements and assistance with shareholders disputes;
Bringing and keeping legal entities in “good standing”;
Compiling and evaluating agreements, terms and conditions, executive decisions,
Oral and written communication with clients located throughout the world;
Communication and close cooperation with, among others, bookkeepers, accountants, tax advisers, notaries, banks, courts and chambers of commerce;
and Acquisition in the Netherlands and abroad.
Bachelor’s and master’s degree in Dutch law (LLM), preferably with a specialization in corporate law or notarial law;
At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience, with a focus on (international) corporate law;
Responsible towards colleagues and clients;
Strong team player and able to work closely with others (tax advisors, bookkeepers, notaries), but also able to work independently;
Ability to prioritize;
Being able to communicate in English and Russian on a professional level, fluency in other languages is a plus.
